Nestled in the charming little town of Hailey, Idaho, my days are filled with the purrs of three adorable kitties while I work, the clink of glasses at my very own at-home happy hour, and the chasing of breathtaking vistas with my favorite person, my Bubba husband.

i know, i know.
I’m a fan of made-up words—thanks, linguistics interests. “Pemamiorak” is simply the first two letters of all my names—”pedro manuel miramontes Ortíz” plus the first two letters of my imaginary childhood nation of the future Antarctican continent, “akuanaux”. “Pemamiorak” seemed as a good place as any to establish a personal handle.
